Daiana: I need to talk to you aout the last order. see... uniplex is offering us the same items that you, and they are 7 1/2 %lower than you, What do you suggest we can do?

Lucia: let me think... probably, I could offer you 8% less than they, no less.

Daiana: mmm, I like the idea, because you are our long time supliers, and we know the quality of your products and service.

Daiana: Im not quite sure how to put this but there are been a misunderstanding with the orders, and we need to cancel the order. Im realy sorry.

Piero: Are you sure? we are offering quality and good service, and if you need something in the future dont doubt calling us.
